Buying a Property
How do I purchase a property?
The majority of the properties within this portfolio are being sold via public Auction. The childcare centres will be sold individually at Auctions across the country, which will commence on Wednesday 24 March, 2010. Please refer to individual property pages for specific Auction details (including date, time and location).
Can a property be purchased prior to Auction?
Reasonable offers will be considered by the Vendor prior to Auction. Please contact the relevant Colliers International representative should you be interested in making such an offer.
What information is available for the properties?
In addition to the information listed on the property pages of this website, further information can be obtained including the Vendor’s Statement and Contract of Sale by contacting the relevant Colliers International sales agent.
I have identified a property/properties that I am interested in – what should I do next?
Once you have identified a property/properties that you are interested in, you can call or email the Colliers International sales agent listed for the property/properties who will be able to provide further detail and discuss your specific requirements.
Can I inspect a property?
Property inspections can be arranged with the relevant Colliers International sales agent. To undertake an inspection, the sales agent will liaise with the tenants to arrange an inspection time that suits all parties. As with all tenanted properties, appropriate notice must be given to occupants and your understanding of this process is appreciated.
